What Makes Capital Glass a Family

At Capital Glass, we take “family atmosphere” to a whole new level. Having four brothers work at the same company sets a pretty high standard for what that atmosphere looks like – with us, it’s unavoidable, but we think that’s a good thing.
Many of our employees have been with us for so many years they might as well be family themselves. The majority of our team members have been here for a decade and when one recently made it to 20 years, we rewarded him and his spouse with a mandatory weekend trip to the wine country.
Our gatherings are reminiscent of Thanksgiving day celebrations – full of fun, food and one giant family. During one of our annual Christmas parties, our field foreman and self-proclaimed “master chef” single-handedly prepared, grilled and cooked a literal buffet of menu items for our entire company and their families. We have over 50 employees so count them plus their families and you get…well, a whole lot of grub.
It’s that type of dedication and pure kindness that makes all of us love going to work every day. Capital Glass is more than just a glass company, we’re a family
