When you’re doing contract glazing, every day brings new challenges. It comes with the job description. This gives our amazing employees within our organization an opportunity to show our true talents – finding ways to solve problems for our customers and creating long-lasting installations they will love for years to come. Having said that, because Capital Glass has been doing this for approximately 50 years, many of the challenges are repeats, which in many cases allows us to identify potential issues long before they actually reveal themselves. This is why many general contractors enjoy doing business with us over and over again.
In a highly competitive market, we must stay on top of industry trends as well as the latest technology so we can continue to provide high quality work at a reasonable price, giving our customers exactly what they want and even exceeding their expectations.
Contract glazing is a very specific trade that requires a healthy economy to succeed. Through the economic downturn in 2008 and beyond, our industry faced tough times as new construction essentially halted, and it required us and our employees to be adaptive in order to sustain our operations. Additionally, contract glazing requires specialty skilled labor, which are not readily available so our growth trajectory has required us to implement our own internal training program.
